| Our bike helmets have specially designed ventilation channels on the interior of the helmet's liner, bringing in cool air through the front, passing it over the head and flushing warm air out the rear ports. The manufacturing processs utilizes PC In-molding technology, which creates a sturdier, more solid bike helmet. The liner is a high impact absorption EPS (Expanded polystyrene) foam. Our bike helmets are internally reinforced, allowing for bigger vents, more advanced styling and lighter weight, while still meeting CPSC and CE EN1078 safety standards. |
